Someone once told me "You won't get motivation to work out by not working out" so I've learned I just have to get off my bum and do it! And I reckon it's when I have the least motivation befor I work out I feel the absolute best about myself afterwards! I sort of make myself proud!
Today I felt like doing nothing, so I did nothing for a good couple of hours. But then I picked my ass off the couch, got my running gear on and took off.
And I did 5 km 2 minuts faster then I did 4 weeks ago!
